This association is open to all European festival practitioners, and is currently a loose coalition of queer film festival programmers from throughout Europe. Some of our members work at other kinds of events that feature queer film: queer arts festivals, other non-queer film festivals with an inclusive agenda (i.e., festivals that program queer content), regular screening series, etc.
We run a mailing list, and aim to support one another in what can be a low-no-paid long-hours job with contact info, tips and tricks, etc. We also endeavour to program together, liase regarding guest filmmakers, and so on.
